This handicap level is such an interesting one because you're far better than most of the players that you see and most of the players you play with, yet if you get a hold of somebody that really knows what they're doing, like a low single digit golfer, you still feel like you're miles behind. Well, I guess both are true a little bit, but hopefully, after seeing the 5-11 handicap full swing level, you'll have a crystal clear road map as to how to get a little bit closer to some of those low handicap players.

You know, one of the misconceptions about the game at this level, is that you have to be too precise... that if you're not throwing up 4 or 5 birdies in a round, then you've got no chance to shoot a really low score. However, if you ever watch a one or two handicap or play a round of golf, you might be surprised to see an amazing amount of missed shots. However, when these fine players do miss, they usually miss in a place that's not too bad. Why? Because they're really good at choosing the right shot for the situation. In this level, you'll learn how to make some of those choices and help you to develop a shot that you can rely on out on the course.

I'll also teach you some strategies from the rough, a couple of really good trouble shots, and how to make your practice time much more effective, even if you have a limited time to practice.

Roger says that of all the levels of short game instruction this might be one of his favorites. Most golfers at your handicap level really know how to hit a lot of the shots, but an improvement in the short game can be a great way to lower your scores in no time. So often times it can be just reading those situations, making sure you're making a good choices, and knowing how to hit some of those funny little shots around the green.

In this level, you'll learn how to play those shots as well as one Roger loves that he calls the modified lob, a lot easier to play and a lot more consistent. Roger will also going to talk about how to choose the right equipment to get the most out of your short game. You'll learn some strategy and technique behind the 50 yard shot, one that can often times cause the golfer fits, and much more.

You know how the scenario goes: You play with a low handicapper, only to find that you're just as long and just a straight. Get around the green however, and you fall miles behind. It's no mystery where great scoring comes from.
