You simply load the ShadowPro software into your computer and plug in your video camera or webcam

Place the feather weight Shadow Trainer
on your club shaft.

After double clicking the Shadow Pro icon on your desktop, enter your username and select your height.

Take your stance about 12 feet from the camera, 6 feet with a wide angle lense.

Make sure your head and feet line up with Rick's Shadow. Tilt the camera upward if you are taller than Rick's shadow and tilt the camera downward if you are shorter.
