As you swing the club down, shifting pressure to your lead foot and lifting the heel of your trailing foot, the foot plate is released.

You are now free to move forward and rise during the follow-through portion of your swing.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place Golf Neck-Tie around your neck.
- Place your rear foot's heel onto the foot plate and adjust the length for your golfing set-up position.
- Clip the webbing loop to your clothing near your waist above your rear knee.
- Set up to swing the golf club. Check that the Golf Neck-Tie is adjusted to the right length.

- Take backswing. Keep a light steady pressure against the Golf Neck-Tie to keep your head level.
Do not dip down during the golf swing. Monitor your rear knee position with reference to the webbings position along the inside of your knee.
Do not sway your knee or straighten your leg.
- As you swing the golf club down you should shift your weight to the front foot and lift the heel of your rear foot.
This will release the foot plate to allow you to move forward and rise up during the follow through portion of your swing.
