The hole target is the same size as a regulation cup. Hit the target and you'll be rewarded with the satisfying sound of a ball falling into the cup, miss it and you'll get your ball returned to you for another try.
Hearing the ball drop in the hole allows you to keep your head down all the way through the putting stroke, so you don't have to look up after the ball to see if your putt was accurate. This is critical to a proper putting stroke.
Repeated practice will develop confidence in your line and speed, as well as the fine muscle memory needed in the pressure is on!
